Terms of service

Domains
Domains are registered through our accredited registrar partner and are subject to the rules of the relevant registry, including tzNIC for .tz endings. You are the registrant; we act on your instructions. Registration is confirmed only when the registry accepts it, and payment for a name that cannot be registered is refunded in full.
Renewal notices go to the email on the order at 30, 14 and 3 days before expiry. Keeping that address current is your responsibility. A .tz domain remains renewable during the grace and redemption periods at the normal price; once the registry releases it, we cannot recover it.
Hosting
Shared accounts are subject to fair use: sustained processing that degrades service for others may be limited, and we will contact you before taking any action. We keep daily backups for 30 days as a courtesy, not as a substitute for your own copies.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime excluding scheduled maintenance, which is announced at least 48 hours ahead where planned.
Payment and refunds
Services are prepaid. Hosting can be refunded pro rata within 14 days of the first invoice. Domain registrations cannot be refunded once the registry has accepted them, since the fee is paid onward immediately.
Acceptable use
No phishing, malware distribution, unsolicited bulk mail, or content unlawful in Tanzania. Accounts used for these are suspended on discovery, and we cooperate with lawful requests from the relevant authorities.
Your data
Registrant details are shared with the registry because registration requires it. Beyond that, we do not sell or share customer data. You can request an export or deletion of your account data at any time.
Ending the relationship
You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to us. Auth codes for transfers away are issued on request at no charge, normally within one working day.
